USASI provides a wide range of consulting services including:

creating Bank Secrecy Act / Anti Money-Laundering (“BSA/AML”) Compliance Programs;
conducting independent reviews of compliance programs;
conducting “due diligence” examinations on behalf of banks of potential bank MSB customers;
evaluating the adequacy of compliance programs;
conducting compliance training for client staff;
providing out-sourcing services of client compliance activities to ensure that clients’ BSA/AML programs are properly and professionally executed and monitored;
representing MSB clients in dealings with the IRS, banks, state regulators and other third parties, in matters concerning the client’s compliance issues;
providing advice on other state and federal regulatory matters not pertaining to BSA/AML matters;
creating financial models to evaluate business opportunities and provide measuring criteria to assess results; and
helping clients establish, acquire, expand and liquidate check cashing and small loan businesses.
